1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClassMate AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ClassMate AI provides AI-powered tools for educators, including lesson plan generators, quiz creators, rubric makers, and other teaching aids. The service is available in free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
  • Share account access with unauthorized users
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service

6. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using ClassMate AI belongs to you. The ClassMate AI platform, including its code, design, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by ClassMate AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClassMate AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
