We do not sell your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or generated content with third parties for advertising, marketing, or data brokering purposes. The only third parties that process your data are essential service providers listed in Section 6, and they are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

ClassMate AI is a teacher-facing tool. No student login, no direct child interface. Teachers enter student information solely for educational content generation. By using our tools, you confirm appropriate consent per your school policy.
When you export content, review and redact sensitive information before sharing. We recommend using first names or pseudonyms throughout the platform.
